# What should the project deliver?

Aim to finish with eight usable documents rather than a slide deck of product features:

1. **Decision charter:** the recruitment problem, deadline, owner and non-negotiables.
2. **Scouting Subscription Overlap Audit:** entitlements, dependencies, usage and existing answers.
3. **Supplier trial agreement:** permitted activities, sample, deliverables and commercial scope.
4. **Coverage Comparison and NWSL Gap Map:** competition-season evidence, missing matches and exceptions.
5. **Same-Shortlist Supplier Trial Kit:** task results, evidence ledger and evaluator scores.
6. **Player Data Joinability Check and Licence Stress Test:** technical results and clause-linked issues.
7. **Scouting Renewal Cost Calculator and decision memo:** comparable costs, options and approval conditions.
8. **Implementation and exit plan:** responsibilities, acceptance tests, monitoring and cancellation requirements.

**Do not confuse three different benefits:**

- **New source evidence:** information not available from the incumbent sources.
- **New decision insight:** a supported interpretation or assessment that the current workflow did not produce, even if it uses familiar data.
- **Workflow improvement:** the same supported answer produced with less effort or fewer hand-offs.

All three can justify a purchase. Record them separately so a faster interface is not presented as a new intelligence source.
