# Which recognised experts should receive the questions?

Use a mixed panel: club buyers, technical practitioners, suppliers, commercial counsel and player representatives. Supplier testimony should explain a product’s capabilities and limitations; it should not determine an independent purchasing verdict.

The table records public credentials. Confirm titles, availability and relevant commercial relationships before commissioning an interview.
