# What should you do with the lowest scores?

Choose the smallest useful deliverable that closes the gap. These are worksheet specifications you can assemble internally—not a requirement to purchase an advisory engagement.

| Weak area | Create this next | Minimum useful contents |
|---|---|---|
| Questions 1–3 | **Scouting Subscription Overlap Audit** | Task, current supplier, entitlement, actual baseline answer, unresolved need, renewal date and cancellation dependency |
| Questions 4–6 | **Coverage Gap Map and Same-Shortlist Trial Kit** | Competition-season rows, required evidence, expected-match inventory, common cases, deadlines and failure rules |
| Questions 7–9 | **Joinability and Evidence Check** | Identifier exceptions, definitions, comparison assumptions, source references, unsupported claims and reviewer actions |
| Questions 10–12 | **Licence Stress Test and Cost Comparison** | Intended workflow, clause reference, permission status, clarification owner, comparable scope and cost assumptions |
| Questions 13–15 | **Trial Delivery and Decision Pack** | Evaluator schedule, measurement rules, decision meeting, approvals, transition checks and review date |

For an NWSL project, specify the actual women’s competition-season targets—for example, NWSL, NCAA Division I women’s soccer or selected international leagues. These are possible evaluation scopes, not assertions that any supplier covers them completely.

For a multi-club project, repeat the relevant entitlement, sharing and adoption checks for each participating entity. Do not let one club’s successful test stand in for every club’s intended use.
