A discussion over documents and handwritten notes

Produce a short memo that answers these questions:

  1. What decision did we test? State the role, market, competitions, seasons and deadline.
  2. What could the incumbent stack already do? Include the documented baseline.
  3. What did the candidate add? Identify new evidence, interpretation, speed or capacity separately.
  4. What failed or remains unknown? Preserve exceptions and untested requirements.
  5. Can we use it as intended? Record rights, data handling and integration approvals.
  6. What will it cost? Show comparable cash costs and internal effort separately.
  7. What is the recommendation? Retain, add, replace, consolidate, build internally or buy nothing.
  8. Who owns implementation and review? Include transition dependencies and a review date.

The aim is not to justify another contract. It is to establish whether a particular supplier adds enough verified, usable value to justify its cost and operational burden for this club.

This quiz is procurement research, not legal advice, a roster-eligibility determination or a prediction of recruitment success.
