Ask counsel to reconcile the order form, master terms, product terms, customer addenda and negotiated permissions. Do not supply an evaluator with staff credentials as a shortcut.
Coverage continuity deserves explicit treatment: Wyscout’s FAQ says availability timing depends on competition and rights agreements, and that content can temporarily become unavailable when an agreement expires before renewal.
