Buyer implication: Ask for the origin of each purchased output. Shared underlying data does not eliminate the possibility of additional value from human assessment or modelling, but it changes the comparison you should run.
Use a simple lineage register: output → underlying source → transformation → evidence date → permitted use. Score the additional assessment separately from information already licensed elsewhere.
