3. What evidence would make a women’s competition genuinely usable for recruitment?

Interview objective: Replace catalogue-level claims with a competition-and-season evidence map.

Put to: Arielle Dror, Edward Gallagher and the supplier’s coverage owner.

Why it matters to buyers: The Colombian announcement demonstrates why video coverage and event-data coverage need separate verification. Listing Liga Femenina in a video agreement does not establish the same data product announced for the men’s first and second divisions. (hudl.com)

A strong answer should cover:

  • The exact competition, season, phase and delivery cut-off.
  • An expected inventory of completed fixtures, reconciled for postponements, cancellations and other exceptions.
  • Full-match footage separately from highlights, clips, event records and tracking.
  • Missing fields, incomplete periods, player-identity continuity and historical depth.
  • How quickly a missing or corrected match becomes available, and how customers learn about exceptions.

Use this proposed structure for an NWSL Recruitment Coverage Gap Map:

Field Evidence to request
Expected matches Dated official fixture/results inventory and inclusion rules
Usable full-match video Match identifiers, access checks and incomplete-footage exceptions
Required data Field dictionary, delivered records and null reasons
Player history IDs across seasons, teams and name changes
Delivery and corrections Publication timestamps, revision history and unresolved tickets
Contract scope Competition-season entitlement and relevant usage rights

Sharp follow-up: Show a missing-match register, not just a coverage percentage. Does missingness cluster around particular teams, venues or stages?

Request this artefact: A manifest for NWSL and the club’s chosen NCAA, WSL, Liga F or Liga MX Femenil samples. These are evaluation targets, not assertions of supplier availability. Calculate completeness only when the denominator is established.
