How should the interviews be conducted?

Send each expert a short, redacted decision brief: the recruitment task, current subscriptions, unresolved gap, intended workflow and decision deadline. Do not send confidential shortlists or contracts without permission.

For every substantive response, ask for:

  1. One concrete example: anonymised where necessary.
  2. One counterexample: when the proposed approach would fail or add little.
  3. One inspectable artefact: a coverage manifest, validation report, sample export, workflow diagram or relevant clause.
  4. One boundary: what the evidence does not establish.

Label resulting evidence consistently: publicly documented, supplier-claimed, verified within the authorised sample, or unknown. Never promote a sample result into a platform-wide conclusion.
