For each candidate, write down what remains with the incumbent. A supplier that improves player modelling while leaving the footage requirement untouched may be a valuable addition—but it is not yet a replacement.
Avoid treating customer logos as proof of fit. Request a reference with comparable staffing, competitions and intended use, and ask what implementation required.
